The Economy of Kindness Virtual Event

Virtual Event January 26, 2023

We are partnering up with SWEP-MA for their virtual event “The Economy of Kindness: How Kindness Transforms Your Bottom Line,” a virtual interactive program on January 26, 2023 from 5-6:30 pm EST.

What is the impact of kindness? In this highly interactive program, Cohen shares how kindness in the workplace, improves employee morale, elevates workplace culture, and reduces burnout. The size of the kindness action doesn’t matter. There is often an unexpected ripple effect and giving and receiving are often experienced differently. According to research from the University of California Riverside, 40% of our happiness is determined by intentional actions, not by genes (50%) or circumstances (10%). Cohen will encourage participation that will help attendees share ways to cultivate a strong culture of kindness. She will also share timely examples. This program will give your participants a variety of new kindness ideas and resources to implement immediately.

Linda Cohen is The Kindness Catalyst, a speaker, consultant and author of a new book, The Economy of Kindness: How Kindness Transforms Your Bottom Line. For more information check her website

The presentation will be 5:00-6:00 PM, EST, with optional networking from 6-6:30 PM,EST.
